Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings

No oil, no stove, just crispy, oven-baked wings

Recipe serves 4-5

Ingredients:

- 1kg chicken wings

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 2 tsp salt

Instructions:

- Separate the wingette and drumette, if not already done, before patting your wings dry. Toss with baking powder and salt, then lay out on a wire rack and leave to dry, uncovered, in the fridge for 8-12 hours (skip this step if you’re short of time).

- Preheat the oven to 220C, and place your wings on a lightly oiled wire rack in the oven, with a tray below to catch drippings. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

- Remove when golden brown and toss with a sauce of your choice, or serve as they are with a dipping sauce!
