Peach and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 peaches, sliced

- 1 ball buffalo mozzarella

- 1 tbsp za’atar

- 100g rocket

- 1/4 cup roasted pecans, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions:

- Toss the rocket with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay out on a large platter and top with the peaches. Tear your buffalo mozzarella and place on the salad. Finish with the pecans, and season with salt, pepper, and za’atar.

- Drizzle generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
