Panko-crusted Salmon

Recipe serves 4-6

Ingredients:

- One side of salmon, skin removed

- 3-4 tbsp mustard

- 1 tbsp smoked paprika

- 1 tbsp garlic powder

- 2 cups of panko, toasted in a pan until golden brown

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 180C

- Rub your salmon with mustard, and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder

- Toss your panko with olive oi, and press on to the fish, dusting off any excess

- Bake the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven and slice into portions.
